Wie von der Staatsanwaltschaft zu erfahren war, unterh&auml;lt besagter Unternehmer einen Handwerksbetrieb, der Arbeiten am Trifolion durchgef&uuml;hrt hatte. Zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt k&uuml;ndigte die Gemeinde dieses Arbeitsverh&auml;ltnis dann aber auf. 

Nach seiner Entbindung reichte der Unternehmer Klage &ndash; eine sogenannte &bdquo;Plainte avec constitution d'une partie civile&ldquo; &ndash; ein, dies gegen den einstigen Leiter des technischen Gemeindedienstes, den Architekten des Trifolion-Projekts, sowie gegen einen anderen Privatunternehmer, der dem Kl&auml;ger als Handwerker beim Trifolion-Umbau nachfolgte. 

Der Kl&auml;ger f&uuml;hlt sich laut Angaben der Staatsanwaltschaft ungerecht behandelt und wirft den Beteiligten unlautere Mittel bis hin zur Korruption vor. Die nun erfolgten Hausdurchsuchungen sind Teil der Ermittlungen, die Licht in diese Angelegenheit bringen sollen. 

Weitere Details sind aufgrund der laufenden Ermittlungen derzeit nicht in Erfahrung zu bringen.
